The Operations Manager will monitor daily operations while ensuring a world-class consumer experience at the Fishers Test Kitchen (FTK). The space includes three restaurant stands along with the Signature Table (ST), a culinary performance space, all co-located with the Sun King Innovation Brewery in Fishers.
A key responsibility of the operations manager is to model appropriate behavior and to maintain a professional work environment in every way. The operations manager will be the face of the operation, setting the day-to-day rhythm, engaging daily with stand owners and employees, fostering a learning environment, providing guidance, and supporting each entity as needed.
Important note: this position is responsible for direct operations of common areas and functions of the overall space shared by the four owners. Duties do not include running the four businesses, supervising the staffs of the individual businesses, setting their budgets or operational plans, or being involved with actual food preparation.
