27 Aug Meet the Chefs!
The chef selection process for The Fishers Test Kitchen restaurant accelerator started months ago. Interested chefs submitted an application at FishersTestKtchen.com that included an explanation of their concept and a sample menu, and we got plenty of great ideas.
From there, we progressed to taste tests with the chefs. Representatives from the City of Fishers, Sun King, Launch Fishers and the Test Kitchen talked with all the chefs and sampled some of their chefs’ proposed menu items.
Lots of discussion followed, and eventually three chefs were offered a spot in the restaurant accelerator. We’re keeping quiet about them for now, but we’ll soon be introducing them to the public. You can sign up to meet them — and sample some of their food and, of course some Sun King beer — at our announcement event Sept. 10 at the Indiana IoT Lab in Fishers. Here’s the link to RSVP.
