15 Mar Inspo by Chef Kelsey Murphy Opening Inside Fishers Test Kitchen
MasterChef Season 11 winner Kelsey Murphy is opening her new food concept, Inspo, inside the Fishers Test Kitchen on Monday, March 28, 2022.
Inspo will feature food and flavors that have inspired Murphy throughout her culinary journey thus far. The menu consists of small plates such as a lobster roll, Asian sticky wings, avocado toast, and ceviche as well as large plates such as an ancient grain bowl, jambalaya, meatball Bolognese, and lobster mac and cheese.
“It is hard to contain my excitement around the opening of Inspo at Fishers Test Kitchen,” said Chef Kelsey Murphy. “Mainly because I am going to be able to put smiles on the faces of the community that has supported me on my journey thus far. Inspo is a ‘thank you’ to all of you, and hopefully another large step in Fishers staking claim in the elevated food scene.”
