10 Jun Korave reopens in Fishers Test Kitchen
Fishers Test Kitchen is happy to welcome back chefs John and Kim of Korave! Fans of their Holy Moly Tacos, Bulgogi Poutine, Mee-chin Nachos and other specialties will be happy to find all their Korean BBQ favorites.
“We are really happy to be back,” said John, who with his brother, Kim, reopened June 1. “And what most makes us happy is our followers and loyal customers all saying they couldn’t wait for us to be back.”
John also noted that Korave’s popular Fat Stack cookie is back as well, and you might soon be able to get those fresh, hot cookies even late at night. “We are going to do late-night cookie pick-up soon,” John said.
Overall, he said, business has been almost as steady as it was before closing in mid-March due to Covid-19 concerns.
In response to the virus, Fishers Test Kitchen has put additional sanitation and safety precautions in place and will continue with the utmost caution as stands reopen. Look for Natural State Provision to reopen July 1.
The Sun King taproom is again open for inside dining (with reduced seating according to state guidelines), and the patio now sports eight new picnic tables for outdoor dining as well. Diners will also notice umbrella tables and Adirondack-style chairs surrounding The Yard at Fishers District greenspace where they can enjoy carryout as well.
