Authentic flavors spice up Korave’s Devour menu

When you’re planning your Devour dinners – or weekend lunches – be sure to stop in at Fishers Test Kitchen! All the restaurant stands are featuring dining deals, and chefs John and Kim at Korave Korean BBQ have cooked up some menu combos that spotlight authentic dishes.

Korave’s Devour menu features two $19 options. Their Korean BBQ sampler includes dumplings, a dupbop rice bowl with either gochu pork, sauna chicken or beef bulgogi, plus a side of kimchi and one of their popular Fat Stack cookies.

“For the dinner platter, customers can choose the most authentic flavors from the dupbop, mandoo and fermented kimchi,” said chef John. “Dupbop is one of our most popular items, and people can try real authentic Korean flavors. And of course they’ll get our signature cookie for dessert.”

The chef brother are also kicking up the spice for their Devour menu. The noodle dinner option includes soybean soup, Korean spicy cheese chicken with noodles, a side of kimchi and a cookie. The addition of the spicy chicken does crank up the heat a bit, the chef said.

“We chose spicy cheesy chicken with noodles because we wanted to give customers a spicy option that’s very popular in Korea right now,” said John.

All the Korave options pair well with beer; try a Pachanga or check out Sun King’s special $8 Devour sampler.

Korave’s Devour menu is available for dining in at the Sun King taproom or outdoor on the patio. You can also grab it to go.
